Tasmania!

This picture of the loaded-down bike was taken on the mainland peninsula (Arthur's Seat) near where the ferry was to travel to Tasmania: I am now near Arthur River. Check out this spot (GPS below) where I get 5 bars of 4G, like everywhere I have been so far. Good luck with that AT&T... Might get a little rain tomorrow but the rest of the first week in Tassie promises to be quite pleasant - highs in mid 80's, lows to low 60's.

    1. Hi Ewelin,

It took me few moments to remember you, since I had not seen your name spelled! When I said I know of "Evelyn", it was of course the English spelling...then I remembered that in German, the "w" is pronounced as "v".

Thanks for looking that up. Now that you have the blog setup, you should put up your own trip story. I'd love to see where you are traveling. I discovered that in Australia, local music is not a big thing. People at campgrounds did not know how to react to the long-haired guy with the guitar. So last night I finally just asked people if they wanted to listen and that worked very well! I met some retired folks who loved my stuff ("Remembering Amanda" made Cathy cry!)

      Have Fun,
      Ron
